Over the last twenty years my wife and I have sold and purchased six properties including two motels, with the assistance of four different real estate consultants.

In 2011  we appointed  Mr Lee the sale of our house in  Elbourne Street Taradale also the purchase of our present house Guppy Road  Greenmeadows, the sale and purchase of  both properties was  achieved  smoothly with a successful outcome for all vendors.

During this time we found Mr. Lee exceeded our expectations as our consultant.

Mr Lee showed respect and professionalism in all areas, this included  the handling of  the Napier City Council, Lawyers, making prompt follow up appointments, bringing both sale and purchase to come together smoothly with as little stress as possible, keeping all three parties informed  of the processes on a daily basis, at no point were we left in limbo.

In conclusion Mr Lee’s integrity by far surpassed any of our passed experiences, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Lee to prospective vendors.

Should the need arise in future we would certainly use Mr Lee as our real estate consultant again.

I recently sold my property through Naya Lee of Property Brokers. Recently our Family Trust appointed Naya Lee to list and sell a commercial block of retail shops in Napier.

Despite of the currently depressed market, it was successfully sold within a short period of time, and at a price we are happy with.

We are impressed with the experience and abilities Naya brought with him to the job.

He analysed the market well, sat down with us and planned the marketing strategies, and executed the activities effectively.

Naya switches from one language to another with ease, and communicates and explains matters extremely well. His reporting to our Trust as vendors is at a standard level that I feel equivalent to a company manager reporting to the board. The whole selling process was professional and seamless, and we were able to make decisions with confidence because of the quality and regularity of the information feedback that he has provided for us right from the start to the finish.

I also find Naya a trust worthy person, and will have no hesitation in recommending his service to anyone considering selling real estate properties.

Karen and I used Naya to sell our house back in 2008 after we had attempted to sell our property ourselves for over twelve months to no avail.

Naya quickly assessed the market value and provided us with good advice on a marketing approach that best suit our property.  He advised us to go to auction which although reluctant initially to do, ultimately paid dividends.

Naya also advised on some minor cosmetic improvements to our property which we completed and then commenced the marketing campaign to promote the auction.  The auction attracted a number of bidders and we eventually achieved a quick sale at above our reserve.

All of this was achieved in a difficult market with falling prices.

Both Karen and I cannot speak highly enough of Naya.  He is an honest, quiet and unassuming man with high integrity. He is thoughtful and methodical in his approach and showed excellent skills in real estate sales.   We will definitely be using Naya again for the pending sale of our current property.

Just over two years ago when we returned to Hawke's Bay we were a pair of novices in the tough house-buying market.
